Literacy Test

REMINDER: The 2015 Grade 10 Literacy Test will take place on Thursday, March 26th, 2015 in the auditorium from 9:00 am to 11:45 am with a 15 minute break between 10:15 and 10:30. All students in the school will follow this schedule. There are extra classes available in the library if you struggle with English or just need some extra help to practice before the test. Make sure you get a good night sleep and eat a good breakfast before the test. Snacks will be provided but you will need to bring a pencil and eraser. Passing this test is a requirement for earning an OSSD (needed to graduate). If you do not pass, you may wait one year to rewrite or you may be able to take a course instead. All students are reminded to keep the hallways and commons completely clear for the morning. Grade 9 students will be writing the Shadow Literacy Test which is a practice run to prepare students for next year.
